      if you are contacted by Aileron for a job interview by teams, you are BEING SCAMMED - they are not legitimately highering. They won't even spell the CEOs name right on the offer letter. You'll get a random check from some other company for a ton of money so they can drain your bank account. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
