      Pros

      Generous leave policies, no work you do if you are favorite of management, no rules for favorite employees

      Cons

      Too much politics. each team lead had his own vision and they will go to any extent to sabotage other team lead's work. Not a single customer after 8 years of development. No product You have to wash the dishes after eating and you have to take off the shoes out before you enter the office. There are many groups in the company which makes your life very difficult. One non technical person takes the decision and the entire company has to obey it.

      Hardly have any pros. You will get to work on something from scratch(that to be on the name of POC's).

      Cons

      Will make you to work on POC. You will end up doing POC's. No concrete implementation. No proper process is followed and no proper stand work flow. Management is pathetic. Biased on the name religion(one of the worst thing about this company). You will never get appreciation for your work.They always treat you like you did nothing. No fixed goal. Running clueless.

      No work load. 8.5 hrs working. Good project.(but dont know how to manage resources)

      Cons

      Dont know what was the scope of project. Developing random things of no use. Underestimate their own team. No trust on team.
