      Don't stay too long

      Pros

      - Nice co-workers - No micromanagement - Flexible work hours

      Cons

      - No room for promotions (2 within the last 3 years, one of which the manager tried to discourage from applying) - Terrible management. It's clear the manager has no idea what's going on when he send you erroneous e-mails. Supervisors also don't stand up for themselves (or the people they supervise). - Pay/benefits are on the low-end. - "Skills" here do not carry over as you'll be using a proprietary software language, so don't stay here too long.

      1. People are nice and managers stay close. 2. Technically, the core concept is very interesting. 3. Very good location.

      Cons

      Technology used is too well controlled that the access of public libraries is very limited.
