Pros

Not a lot: the staff, the initially attractive compensation package, the concept of free education for all.

Cons

Scratch the surface and the concept of free education is rubbish - the company is about making money. The CEO, Michael Feerick, is a delusional narcissist who treats staff like they are disposable. He's almost incapable of holding a conversion face to face, preferring to email people that are sitting just feet away from his desk - and if you take a job here expect to get emails at all hours, he will expect a response immediately. He is also known to fire staff on a whim, even by his favourite medium of communication...email. I would rather face a life of unemployment than ever work there again.

Pros

Salary was ok. Employees were nice. It's a shame that they ruined it for everyone with their behaviour. Located in Galway which is a nice place.

Cons

Michael Feerick is a complete narcissist. He has no idea how to run a company. He communicates via email only and at all hours of the day and night he sends them. He can never finish one project without starting something else. He has absolutely no concept of time management or organisation. People constantly resign in their droves. He then ignores them and makes up false stories about them in his bitterness rather than addressing the fact that he is the reason that they are leaving. He never learns from his mistakes. It is everybody's fault but his in his strange mind. From the below reviews, it seems nothing has changed. I feel deeply sorry for anyone who works there.

Pros

There were some nice people there. It was difficult to see them at times, though, as they didn't stick around for too long.

Cons

Where to begin? Anyone with a brain or conscience will leave once they see behind the magic curtain. If sycophanty is your thing, then you might find a home here - you even get a promotion! Praising the Dear Leader is a requirement and gossiping about fellow inmates is also encouraged. Think of it like a topsy-turvy group therapy, where the lunatics have taken over the asylum.
