Pros

They overpay pretty much everyone - fine if you are incompetent, not wanting to challenge the status quo or have ethical concerns. If it wasn't for my mortgage and family I would have resigned within days of joining. Market is such that the business will probably continue to be profitable, but not due to any actual good work from management or leadership at this sh^thole

Cons

I've worked for many companies both here in Australia and overseas. This is by far the most dysfunctional and actually unethical company I have worked at. Not only is bullying from managers tolerated it's protected. HR covers up various incidents, including false submissions to official investigatory bodies - hiding bullying and harassment in a number of sites in the network & offices. The CEO is clueless. It's widely known he has made a number of female staff uncomfortable with his clumsy advances, not to mention his suffering small-man syndrome.
