Pros
The location of the office was nice. There were good places to eat nearby. Some of the employees were intelligent and hard working.
Cons
Egotistical management with no business sense. Ridiculous deadlines. No vision or planning. Managers out to serve themselves on the backs of their staff. Backstabbing at the highest levels. So much time wasted on mind games instead of producing a quality product. A complete lack of business sense from the leadership
