      1. Good for resume only. 2. You can get hired easily.

      Cons

      1. Company does not provide any appointment letter at the time of joining. 2. No H.R. in the Company. 3. Very low employee retention. The tenure is not certain as the employee can be fired at any time just depending upon the whims & fancies of the employer. 4. No bright future prospects. Career is always in doldrums. 5. You have a feeling as if you are confined to a prison where you are under constant vigil. 6. Instructions can be confusing, no structure and policies in place.

      You get Salary on time, that is the only good thing. No pros.. there isn't any negative rating, they don't even deserve 1 star. Company is saturated, your business goals need a revamp, dont let go of good infrastructure is very bademployees

      Individual policy for everyone. 1. No Job security and forget about growth . 2.No employee favor policies. Can change policy anytime for anyone. 3. They have no values of there words . Never be on their words. 4. All fake good reviews by their advertisement and HR team. 5. Never ever join this company. They can fire you anytime . 6. always planning the party in office but celebration is mentally torture. 7.You can't avoid party in office, whether somebody is died in your home 8. Worst Management: They have made BPO guys their CEO 9. NO employee benefits 10. Your job is secure only if you can lick management's feet

      wrost company...best company for fake profiles

      Pros

      good company who are jobless or showing fake experience.

      Cons

      Anytime you get fired without any notice. No HR department. Business owner use to take interviews and offers same salary or less than 30% of present salary. It's not an employee friendly company, it's a jail..can not attend phone calls even.
