Despite being a well-qualified sales professional, the culture here is designed to suppress you as a person and ignore your feelings, frequently making you feel like you are good for nothing. The office politics are incredibly high, and there is a total lack of empathy regarding work-life balance—work-from-home is strictly denied even in legitimate personal emergencies. This lack of support extends to basic finances; they still haven’t reimbursed my travel allowance for expenses I spent out of my own pocket for the company, using petty excuses about "wrong formats" or "missed timelines" to avoid paying what is owed. The company operates on an unethical "hire and fire" method with no regard for the individuals they employ. If you value your professional dignity, your mental health, and your hard-earned money, do not trust this organization or the manufactured reviews on this page. Seek a role where your expertise and contributions will actually be respected.
