      There are no pros in working for this company

      Cons

      Management do not listen to staff. The same senior managers have been in place for far to long. The one good manager who was trying to change how the place was run has left taking 13 staff with her. AVOID THIS COMPANY NOTHING BUT HEARTACHE.
