Cons
The boss has a built-in karaoke system in his private office. He drinks and smokes there often and karaoke when guests come. It is an absolute havoc when he gets drunk. Very unprofessional. Also, the management has unrealistic deadlines to meet sales targets.
- double standard treatment and questionable management style by the owners
- no hybrid work arrangement allowed
- company policies change quite frequently
