Salaries are kept extremely(!) low so they can hire juniors only. Passion, moral, processes and the quality is decreasing very badly in the last few years. There are no carrier opportunities, no real mentoring. The annual bonus depends on the Management's bad decisions mostly, so you don't have to worry about it, you probably won't get any, neither a significant salary increase over the years. All these things are nicely wrapped with free coke, beanbags and darts, but the time will come in every employee's life when these things are just won't be enough to solve real problems.

After five hours of tests (two hours live coding,one hour system design, two hours culture fit) and one coding challenge, I got an offer and I moved to Barcelona. After 9 days in the job, my team leader said that "you are mismatched for this position, go back to your country !". Then, he fired me. Nobody defended me, they just took my computer and they said they are sorry. If you are not EU citizen, my advice is "stay away".
