Has potential but management is almost unbearable
Pros
Decent benefits Somewhat air conditioned Easy to understand the job and what is supposed to be done. Can wear almost any clothing as long as it doesn't have rips or holes.
Cons
Not sure where to begin. The management teams seem to reward laziness and add more workload to those who work hard. Drama is one of the number 1 issues on the work floor. Lots of petty drama and tattling. Lots of people always worried about what other people are doing. The cell leaders have complete control of the daily schedule ( the machines you run for the day) and they also have their favorite workers (especially their boyfriend/girlfriend)If you are not one of these favorites for any reason at all you can bet to run the worst machines...... Every single day sometimes standing in one spot for 8 hours at a time. The supervisor just seems to look the other way and ignore the neglect. Severe back pain every day, double for anyone taller than 5'8. The tables and fixtures they have created all seem to be catered towards shorter people. I've seen cell leaders and supervisors make employees cry from berating them. No music allowed anywhere in the factory Flawed and dated attendance policy that relies on points. Every time you have to call off, even if you have a doctor's note you receive a point. That point doesn't go away until 365 days from the day you missed.
