- working on state of the art problems in machine learning and computer vision - working with a very talented team of engineers that are super easy to get along with - very flexible working hours - very easy to keep growing in the Advertima environment due to the many challenges that need to be tackled

Cons

- Due to the rapid growth and fast work pace, there has been quite some accumulation of technical debt that needs to be dealt with - The distribution of the team across multiple locations can be challenging at times
