Pros

Access to some great technology Nice physical environment to work in - clean and modern. New building looks really cool!

Cons

The public and local media see investment, 100s of apprentices being given amazing opportunities and large charitable donations regularly sent out but all that is just to the make the leadership team feel better about the bullying and violent outbursts that occur every day to any member of staff that gets under their radar. The place has seen some great people and good productive teams pushed the edge and the only way for them to deal with it has been to think with their feet and leave. So many people talk behind closed doors of what can we do to stop this... but no one dares to stand up to it, so it is truly amazing to have Glassdoor as a way of sharing to other potential employees what its really like and to my fellow colleagues to show that you are not alone.

Pros

Vacation time, most of the co-workers and pay is somewhat reasonable.

Cons

There is zero opportunity here for advancement unless you're in the "click". When there's an actual job posted that's good, they already have worked out who's going to get it. The previous negative reviews are very accurate. "Management" (and I use that word lightly), is weak. They like to take credit for others ideas, show favoritism and overlook some people's mis-behavior just because they like them or they do their dirty work, from some middle management down to team leader(s). There's some subtle racism and sexism here. I could go on and on, but why? They don't care, so why should I?
