Pros

At the time, they offered a competitive salary and flexibility...

Cons

...but then reality set in. Horrible management. I am now convinced that this company exists primarily as an excuse for its leadership to buy expensive clothes, play dress-up, and pretend to be executives. During my 2 years with the company, I had 4 managers, none of which cared to, or was capable of, providing me with direction (one whose management experience consisted of being desk manager at a rent-a-car company, and another who was exposed for having fabricated her entire resume). The worst cronyism I've ever seen anywhere. I saw things at Agile-1 that would have been unbelievable on a reality TV show. Absolutely no oversight. If I'd been smart, I would have laid low and spent all my time there streaming music and writing a novel.

Pros

No Micromanagement Good Concept and Idea

Cons

This is one of the cheapest companies I have ever worked for. The salaries are far lower than that of their competitors and other industry related companies. They have very expensive health care even for an individual, I cannot imagine if I had a family to take care of. The Paid time off allowance is very low and they are extremely strict about this and how it works. The company as a whole doesn’t recognize good talent when they have it and there is not a feeling that they want individuals to succeed like with other companies. The training is lacking and its very much a sink or swim type of environment and feeling. They also expect extra hours with no compensation. There is no culture present at Agile-1. Nothing like Holiday parties exist and you can forget about a raise even if you have been there over 2 years. If you are lucky enough to secure a raise after lengthy service, its minimal and may not even be close to 3%. This is particularly disturbing because they continue to hire numerous employees but neglect to take care of the talent they have or to recognize it. There is little or no support from managment.

Pros

I wish I could think of something positive. Leaving the company maybe.

Cons

Just found glassdoor or I would have written this before....Agile1 was the worst 3 years of my career! Management is the worst!!! They could care a less about you as a person, you are a number to them. Do not think you will go there to get promoted either so don't believe that from your interview. They will work you like a dog because it's a revolving door. Promotions only happen if you are best buddies with the right people or have "intimate" relations. They go through employees like crazy. The good reviews or awards they receive are only because they write them or manipulate the system. Read the bad ones as they tell the true story.
