Small firm with the (imagined) belief it works like a startup
Cons
This is the first company I've been in where the owners are cheap and dishonest in competing measures. Their "business" is built on top of stealing ideas and cutting corners and treating people like mules. Their infra and tech is laughably disorganized but it doesn't stop them from thinking it's somehow the best thing ever. And it's all supported by a richly political organization where you can be mediocre all you want and still rise to the top if you massage the right people. Oh and by the way, their sign on contract has a non-disparagment clause. So they rely on legal means to make sure no one speaks badly of them. If that isn't a smoking gun I'm not sure what is.
