Pros

They offer good benefits and pay.

Cons

Complete chaos, no policies or procedures in place, no training because employees leave and take their knowledge with them. Endless mistakes, angry clients, very high stress.

Pros

Decent pay with good benefit package. Nice marketing concept with broker community

Cons

Leadership- they are still figuring it out. Don't seem to see value in investing in their people for long term big picture. Terminate people without warning or improvement plan. Cold and calculated Training- unsophisticated is an understatement Support-you're pretty much on your own, but be prepared to get an earful if you aren't perfect. Passive aggressive management style I am a seasoned professional and never would have left my prior career for AlphaStaff had I known their culture surrounding employment. These are real lives you're playing with AlphaStaff. Show some respect!

Pros

I was able to gain valuable experience with new job duties. Having an information system that was outdated actually worked to my advantage. I was able to learn some basic skills pertaining to system implementation processes, data interfaces and migrations, and data configuration.

Cons

There was very poor management and executive conflicts of interest going on between the organization and its investors. Employees were at a free-for-all. There was no consistency in processes, one department did not effectively communicate with the other, and seasoned employees refused to adjust to positive and more productive process improvements. We may have been working on the same project and 3 different people were using 3 different processes which conflicted. There was no teamwork concept and management did not enforce best practices AT ALL. At some point, I was actually doing my managers job and was not getting any recognition for it. This may have been the 2nd worse company I have ever worked for. If I did my research like I was supposed to prior to my offer, I would have NEVER accepted this position.

Thank you for your feedback. We are always looking for ways we can improve. As part of the senior leadership team I feel that it has been the strong leadership of our CEO (appointed just over a year ago) and others on the Executive team that have pulled the company together after a large restructuring. It has also been my observation that not only is the Executive team and investors on the same page, the entire management team is also in sync with the overall organizational goals. Regarding technologies, yes we were due for a major upgrade which we have since completed. And regarding processes I will be sharing your feedback with the entire management team to see if we can identify any area where there have been or are communication breakdowns so that we can ensure everyone is working together in concert and utilizing the process set in place by the Six Sigma certified professionals we have on staff.
