The work environment at Ashford Timber is one of the worst I’ve experienced. It's unprofessional, poorly managed, and mentally draining. There’s a clear culture of favoritism, zero accountability from management, and no regard for employee welfare. Communication is disorganized, and decisions are made on a whim, often creating more problems than they solve.
Morale is consistently low, and high turnover is the norm — not a red flag anyone seems concerned about. Feedback is ignored, and efforts to improve anything are met with resistance or outright hostility. It feels like a place stuck in the past, where leadership rules through pressure and fear rather than respect or vision.
