      Hands down, worst job I ever had

      Pros

      Met some nice people, a few I've stayed in touch with. Owners seem genuine good people.

      Cons

      Work-life balance. I was asked to travel every Sunday afternoon, not allowed to book a Monday AM flight, through Friday night, not allowed to book flights home until after the Friday business day had ended. This results in returning home after midnight on Friday night, giving me less than 2 days off on a weekly basis. The final straw was when I took a 30 min lunch break on a Friday at 11:30a instead of 12p and was told by my manager this was unacceptable. I agree, completely unacceptable and I resigned immediately.

      -You get a job with average benefits -I was able to visit Belgium

      Cons

      -It took 4 interviews to get the job -Half salary during 2 months training in Belgium -Management is all from Belgium -Management values speed of work over all else -You are given rather pointless tests to determine your performance -American emplyees don't have much of a voice
