    Cons

    American employs people that’s been with the company more than 20 plus years and as times has changed came more diverse hiring but those employees hired in their 20s now in their late 50 are having a hard time adjusting to change of new people hired are not the same color that the company once employees and they plan to make your work day as miserable as possible and management need more training on adjusting to diversify
