Depending in the department you would like to enrol. Organisation has a great vision and tries it best to follow. It is the management from the department who twist the work ethics. Toxic environment and gossiping team leaders. Sales target can be changed in the mist of the middle of the quarter which is unprofessional forcing the sales people to work harder.
