Great office culture, great benefits and amazing people to work with. Good work life balance.

Cons

Upper management should place more value in the employees and provide more appropriate increases. Management is very slow in negotiations and almost drags it so workers lose hope.

organization itself has lovely staff and great overall mission

Cons

The team I was working with was toxic, emotionally abusive and my position was very poorly supported/supervised. The HR team also completely failed me when I spoke up about my concerns.
