1. They do not provide actual employment letter to you, when you resign the company they take the signature in the office for a fixed term contract. 2. They do not mention that job as contract job but you left the company hence you do not have any choice to join the company. 3. Notice period is 90 working days can you imagine. 4. No canteen, you are not allowed to go outside it's a factory that become company
