Was good to start with but the company(Telecoms) is on a downhill path

Pros

You get a chance to work on advanced technology. As an engineer you rule as your mnager knows nothing.

Cons

As a company, it suffesr because it's managers and self-proclaimed directors are useless. Too many planners,strategist and very few executioners.

Salary, Culture outside Sales/Admin area.

Cons

Difficult working environment. Oppressive culture, especially in sales- personality driven not results driven. Bow down or leave!. Ideas not welcomed if not from right people, even if demonstrably successful. Highly process focussed with lack of customer view.
