Thank you for your honest feedback. We are very sorry you had a negative experience with Anitian. The winding down of our traditional audit business, to focus on our cloud security platform, was a difficult transition. We promise to reflect on this and get better.

Poor Leadership and Questionable Practices

Pros

I had the unfortunate experience of working at Anitian, and I can't emphasize enough how much of a disaster it was towards the end. This company is an absolute train wreck. The root of the problem at Anitian is clear: their CEO is an utterly inept leader. Under his direction, the company began a rapid descent into chaos. The leadership is completely out of touch with the employees and has no idea how to manage a successful business. Things only got worse when the Sales and Marketing teams got new "leadership" in July 2022. It became very evident that they had no idea what they were doing. Layoffs became a regular occurrence and the workplace turned into a toxic environment where people feared for their jobs. Throughout this time, leadership seemed more interested in their own personal gain than in the welfare of the company or its employees. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was the blatant favoritism displayed by these new "leaders." They quickly started hiring their friends, regardless of their qualifications, rather than recruiting talented individuals who could contribute to the company's success. I can't stress enough how much I regret the end of my time at Anitian. It's a cesspool of poor leadership and nepotism run by a leadership team that has zero concern for the well-being of employees. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a company that values its employees and knows how to manage a business effectively. Anitian is a sinking ship, and I'm glad I jumped off before it dragged me down with it.

Cons

- Horrible leadership - Toxic work environment - Favoritism and nepotism - Zero transparency

Run Away

Pros

There are no longer any. I have no incentive to do anything.

Cons

Anitian, like many others, laid off a lot of people because they saw FAANG doing it. They have perfected the art of cutting the fat and "running lean and agile" without even feeling the slightest bit of remorse for the lives they may have ruined with the layoffs; multiple times. Read some of the older reviews and you can see HRs mechanical responses to such things. They see nothing wrong with it, nor do they have plans to improve it. Also, they don't plan to replace any of the headcount of those they laid off; they are only replacing the [many] people currently quitting. It's a sinking ship. So, go ahead and join if you'd like to do two jobs while getting paid for only one. Or, inflate your salary expectations to match the two jobs you'll be doing.
