Pros

Good health care benefits. If you choose the buy up option there are no deductibles. Reasonable copays. Definitely not worth it for health care alone.

Cons

The belief by the Spanish leadership is that Americans are lazy and useless because they need to blame others for their own failures. Many suffer from Napoleon syndrome. They are just stepping on everyone to promote their own careers. Bad decisions on who they put in certain positions. Certain positions can expect to work and travel non stop. Turnover of key positions has been higher than industry norms. General feeling of employees is run as fast as you can. Everyone that has left is happier, more successful and appreciated in their new positions. Customers are annoyed with the company.

Pros

Great pay and benefits, you will be expected to work 7 days/ week.

Cons

Multiple systems with bad data. No problem solving only finger pointing. Expect to work 7 days/ week. Culture is toxic. Peers require 12 hour days, 6-7 days per week, no end in sight.

Pros

Good salaried benefit program. Unusual work hour policy that encourages longer hours M - Th and 1/2 day Friday.

Cons

Only connected, Spanish people are placed in upper management positions (Plant Manager spots and above). There is a definite policy to hire people at the lowest possible salary, get as much out of them as possible and then cut them loose if they have a mind of their own and question any management decisions. On the engineering side, engineering design changes to respond to customer problems or save money, are made almost on the basis of "throw it on the wall and see if it sticks". Thorough testing is nonexistent. There are very few IE's on staff. Standard work processes, if determined by engineering, are constantly being tinkered with and changed at the whim of any members of management who think they have a better idea. The paperwork never seems to catch up with all these changes, to the point that when there is a problem, Manufacturing cannot point to the correct design/assembly method with 100% certainty. This will cause disaster when recalls take place. Lastly, the "approved" method of handling employees who ask too many questions or express any concern about management decisions, is termination. The atmosphere is not good and really discourages openness and true teamwork.
