Pros

We can become hard worker and learn multiple technologies which are not related. we can become night out experts by having tea and snacks.

Cons

No Proper management. No salaries on time, no hikes, no good customers, no allowances for extra hours and night shifts. even though they don't provide food also. 13 hours working. no weekends. no festivals. threatening employees on job.

Pros

You will get a chance to directly work on product, which lets you to learn so many things. Few of the architects in company are very helpful. your work will be acknowledged. If you perform well hike is good.

Cons

As its a startup so timings can irritate you sometimes. Paper work is little slow.

Always get opportunity to enhance your skills. Management is always there to support you in any needs. Skills will get noticed and opportunity will be given to show your talent. Seniors were supportive and always helpful to you in developing leadership skills. Healthy work culture.

Cons

HR department is not that much active, have faced some difficulties for completing paper work. No proper office timings.
