      Pros

      Dynamic and forward thinking management team; working on cutting edge technology; high emphasis on customer satisfaction and quality software development.

      Cons

      Due to size of company, software is built to focus on client's requirements. Would like to see more development on tech like the iPad, Android tablets, even if enterprise clients are not after this right now.

      Pros

      I have been working with Applaud Solutions for nearly 5 months now and can say with full confidence that it has been a good one. It has got an amazing team, working with them will be a pleasant experience. The team is really helpful and understanding. One will get the feel of a Start Up company with the kind of work and technology you use but at the same time the work life balance is really amazing. The learning curve is really high which is one of the main thing that keeps me motivated. You get to work with such talented minds which keeps you motivated to learn and perform more. Really glad to see happy and satisfied customers using our product.

      I have not found any cons as such. I am really happy to work with the company.

      Better and feature rich HCM solutions - Currently they are providing mostly HCM soltions Good higher management - Give flexibility, time and all are friendly Work and life balance - Will not feel pressure and easy to manage work and life
