Favouritism Over Performance, Weak Leadership, and Poor Growth for Functional Consultants

Low Salary. Favouritism Towards Certain People. Selecting People from Testing Team and making them as Senior Functional Consultants and Providing with really good package but ignoring people who perform well. So called Team Leads has neither knowledge on business processes nor basic configurations yet they take credit for other's work and get bonuses. Just because they have 7 or 8 years of experience company made them as team leads. Company only favours ABAP team and Functional Consultants are treated similar to untouchables. They have this Leap Program where they promote 2-3 years of experience people as seniors (who does not have enough knowledge) just to show the clients they have senior consultants. If you are a functional consultant please don't join this company.
