      Pros

Good hours for sales. Great people to work with in the stores. Management at the store level cares. Opportunities for advancement if you want it.

      Cons

Way to much micro managing. Miscommunication all over the board. Running a big company like a small one. Misleading Marketing leads to upset customers.

      Pros

Not one good word to type.

      Cons

This company is an outright joke. The CEO is a pompous idiot, but everyone walks around appeasing his ego. As a used store “manager” (it’s in quotes intentionally) You’ll have little to no power to actually help a customer even if it’s the companies fault. It’s a silly, sad place to work. Worse than Amazon. If I could leave negative stars I would.

      Pros

Nothing good to say about this place

      Cons

I just don't know where to start. The atmosphere at the corporate office is just a bit strange. They try to make working at "The Corporate Office" sound all great during the tour; the host shows you these alcoves with some games and an internal "multi-million dollar" marketing department but once you start working there, it's just all around weird. The breakroom/lunchroom, which they don't show you during the tour, is just two round tables wedged into a corner by the CEO's office with 4 chairs as if it was an afterthought. Majority of employees miserably eat in their vehicle. And those games I previously mentioned, like the Foosball table, it's not like you're working at a hip place where you and your other co-workers can freely take a break anytime and play. You can play those entertainment pieces only during your assigned two 10 minute breaks. They are not meant to spark creativity or to decompress from a mundane day. The CEO forces you into a committee which partakes during your precious assigned lunch time...Doesn't that break one of the many workplace laws? Lastly, I don't really understand why the work week consists of long 10 hour days instead of your salaried 8 hours? This place pretty much gets a whole extra week of production per month with no additional compensation to the employees As for the outlook of the company, it is just a revolving door. The CFO seat remains disturbingly vacant while the recently hired Director of HR, only stuck around for 2 weeks. Leadership is just a handpicked boys club. It's full of lackey's strictly there to appease the CEO's hungry greed for attention and profits. Word of advice before saying yes to the job: ask if you can jump onto one of the CEO's poor rip-off of a homemade TEDx calls he conduct's twice a week. It's just a straight beating. No one wants to participate and he forces people to utilize Google Meets video conferencing on their own cell phone data plan. That's right, no open wi-fi for employees in the building as the dial-up internet is already slow enough.

      Cons

TERRIBLE COMPANY and MICROMANAGING CEO - They use cassette tapes .. what is it 1950? are not innovative and you have to document when you go to the bathroom and for how long. Micromanged over the color PEN that i chose. Wont hire anyone without a minimum of 5 interviews and very judgemental.
