Terrible law firm

Pros

It pays and you don't have work to take home.

Cons

Terrible IT Department that has no idea what they are doing. No qualified directors in the entire firm. Lowest salaries in LA, they try to tell you they are OC wages in the LA area. Supervisors with no supervising history have been hired as directors. The office manager is 90 years old and has no idea how to use any form of technology. Too much gossiping for anyone to handle. Billing is a joke of a department. They spend 40k on the christmas party and give $40 bonus' to their "hardworking" staff to show appreciation. I am surprised this firm hasn't hit bankruptcy yet.

Pros

Chris in IT is great. Always helpful if your computer has problems. Many would add "Pizza Fridays" but I could care less about pizza.

Cons

Office culture is deplorable. Lots of backstabbing and gossipy women. HR is a joke, but it is a joke at most law firms. HR works for the attorneys and doesn't care about the staff. 8 hour days and the money falls behind the curve.
