He has a clear vision of where the organization and the product are heading, coupled with a realistic outlook on maintaining focus and the hard work it will take to get there. You’ll never find him with his head in the clouds or chasing shiny objects. He is real, transparent and genuinely cares about every employee. This is a international company with a large presence in Ukraine. The UA team has some of the sharpest minds I've ever worked with and if you take the time to fully understand and embrace the cultural experience, you’ll find the relationships forged with your UA colleagues to be some of the richest you’ll ever have professionally. Attendify is no where near ascending the summit when it comes to hitting the top of the market. If you are the type to lay down deep roots, put in the hard work to get things done, and find more joy in collaboration over validation - then Attendify is exactly where you should be.
Cons
Not really a con, but you must be passionate about providing a solution to bridge the gap between event marketing and digital marketing. If you've never worked with an international team before there is a bit of a learning curve around the time zones and cultures. Language, however, is not a barrier. This is a true high-growth startup environment. Everyone is all hands on deck, including senior leadership. You’ll do and learn things you've never done before and have to be okay with the being a little uncomfortable while blazing the trail.
