Seriously no incentive to even show up to work, have met some nice people at ground level.

Cons

Biased onboarding process that changes for each employee based on the mood of certain management staff.Toxic management with pre historic management style. No flexibility. Your career is a joke to them, Management prides themselves on how many careers they can screw up. Stay away from brisbane office. DON'T even consider taking up a job at Aushealth if your wellbeing matters to you.

Cons

Micro management unless you're in the 'in' crowd. Management are interested in developing themselves, not staff under them. Politics are rife and fueled from the top.
