Good city location. If you're lucky enough to be placed in the right team you will have great work colleagues.

Cons

No pay rises and no interest in career development and training. Staff turn over is very high due to gossipy work environment and unethical working conditions. There is a blame game and finger pointing culture that runs from the ground floor up to high level managers Management do not take feedback or suggestions well and you will be labeled a trouble maker if you dare to questions any processes or provide feedback on how things can be improved.

Good pay, good cbd location nice office and lunch room, but don't be fooled...

Worst company I have ever worked for!! If you get an interview with this company in Brisbane trust me save yourself a lot of grief and don't go. Very clicky, unclear direction, clock punchers that don't value work ethic but more how well your dressed and how good looking you are. ***Beware of false reviews from managers and staff as we were all asked to write fake reviews on this site...

Has an atmosphere of a call centre where management are highly paid and the people who do the work are low paid and dispensable. Workers try to remain positive and support each other but who wants to be unvalued meat in management's factory grinder?
