Pros

Great benefits, overtime usually available (if you are part of their niche)

Cons

They fire people with no reason given. Leadership positions are never there (upper management just stays in their office and only talk in Chinese) No feedback is ever given, no safety (OSHA should really give an inspection there). Ask if they have an employee manual or even an HR department.... Stay AWAY!

Sorry you have this opinion. Autel is very focused on their employee job satisfaction which is why we promote from within so often. Yes the benefits and overtime are very impressive so we can support the hard working employees trying to spend extra effort to learn how to best support the Autel sales and end user goals. But there is some untrue statements you are giving. We have never fired someone without a well understood reason. We are a team that acts more like a family and we prefer to treat everyone like family. Yes, the leadership team is very busy, but never unapproachable. We prefer to discuss issues instead of ignore so all the employee doors are always open. We regularly have OSHA safety meetings and make sure everyone is speaking their mind when it comes to employee safety and OSHA has visited our location in the past and provided passing approval. Every employee does have a handbook and is expected to understand the content as well as attend Paychex mandatory training. For you to say there was no HR department is absurd as if you were an employee they would have been the last Autel employee you talked with before being let go. We understand you might be upset for the reason you were let go, but we need to look out for the company's best intentions and support the employees that are working hard by hiring equally diligent employees to help support their team efficiency. We wish you the best of luck in your next job search and hope you find a team that is deserving of your potential.

Pros

Family environment. Everyone is very close to each other. At least in the department I worked in.

Cons

Salary is really low. Raises are low. You have to do the work of 4 people for the pay that is not even for 1 person. Everyone is always stressed out. HQ doesn’t communicate well no problems get fixed and tech support is left holding it down with customers. HR department is a joke. Lady is never there and never respond to any inquiries you might have. Management promises you the world and gives you the work to “prove” yourself but you never see the pay raise if by chance you fight for a pay raise you might get a few Pennies.

Pros

Competitive Salary. Not much else.

Cons

The company laid off 25+ employees out of nowhere. They gave us a week of severance and kept 1 or 2 employees to avoid having to pay us 30 days through the WARN act. Most employees took the salary to avoid going through the legal process of getting what was rightfully ours. Stay away, they are a dying company that steals IP from the US and sends it back to China to make it for less. DO NOT WORK HERE. Bad people and bad management.
