      Pros

      You receive training in a classroom environment before getting thrown into real situations with clients. Decent salary and benefits.

      Cons

      You will have no time outside of work and are expected to work constantly. Management is rude and I have seen situations that should NEVER occur on the job. They do not have enough employees to take on the work load and most clients are complaining way more than actually liking the software.

      Pros

      Pay, health benefits for individual, none for family, can be lucrative

      Cons

      CEO is insane, period. Prepare for no life but ABD, and they treat you like children. They have a signin/signout sheet, even for employees there for over 20 years. They drink after five which would be a pro except the expect you to work til 7,8,9 so you need to drink cause its your life. The culture is one of mistrust and constant observation to ensure you are not freeloading. Everyone is scared to death of the CEO.

      Nice co-workers and nice office space.

      Cons

      Unprofessional, root management who does not know how to manage projects and people. They are always, always behind schedule. Constant pressure. Endless working hours. Unappreciated employees. If you want to be unhappy every day than it is the place for you. Terrible benefits, that cover employee only. No flexible hours. Atmosphere of mistrust and fear.
