5yAvail has started putting in place programs focused on our employees, specifically building a culture of increased engagement at all levels in the company. We are excited at the transformation and continuous improvement efforts to building a strong and high performing team. As we continue to scale, our focus will remain on our employees and their journey with Avail. We are setting high expectations for both our employees as well as management and feel confident we will achieve our goals as we continue to build a new market for Procedural Telemedicine.
Our voluntary turnover is below market and we are proud of this fact. We will continue to hear employee feedback through organization assessments and other means that welcome employees to speak up.
