Avail has started putting in place programs focused on our employees, specifically building a culture of increased engagement at all levels in the company. We are excited at the transformation and continuous improvement efforts to building a strong and high performing team. As we continue to scale, our focus will remain on our employees and their journey with Avail. We are setting high expectations for both our employees as well as management and feel confident we will achieve our goals as we continue to build a new market for Procedural Telemedicine.
Our voluntary turnover is below market and we are proud of this fact. We will continue to hear employee feedback through organization assessments and other means that welcome employees to speak up. This is how employees will continue to thrive at Avail and we will stay focused on continuous improvement.
If you want to work with retired folks or people who have been fired from other companies, this company will solace you with no work under pathetic managers, directors, and upper management.
Cons
Absolutely zero competencies in most of the managers or directors who are supposed to be giving roadmaps. This company can compete with the worst companies to work for.
If you are an engineer, run away from here ASAP. They do not care for engineers. Salaries of engineers is rock bottom compared to other companies in the area.
You will sink and go into a deep depression when they hand over the annual bonus. They promise but back off in the end. The average bonus to engineers could be 10 days of salary.
Performance is never counted but subservience may payoff. You just have to say: how great are the managers and how great is the company.
Everyone knows that the company is on its deathbed. It is written on everyone's face except the mouth. The mouth is meant to tell the lies only.
