      Pros

      The main reason is because of the staff, the atmosphere is caring, hardworking and fun. Every department is friendly, and staff are well looked after by the company. Very good pay, benefits, and good work life balance for a hospitality industry.

      Cons

      There isn’t much negative notes to comment, if you enjoy hospitality, learning, working hard and being a good team member, Aviator is a lovely place to grow.
