The product is only marginally better than AWS Peering. Culture is toxic AF, and people think they are smarter than they actually are. Leadership doesn't listen to clients and their problems; they think they know what their customers want when actually they need better APIs and less "Point and Click." The talent they bring on is piss-poor; typically, they have no idea about the market and competitors. Many other truly cloud-native solutions are built with better APIs. Your teammates will definitely undercut your ability to deliver to make themselves look better. Valuation is relative to if the business will survive. There is no recognition for people who try to succeed without help, and the company does not respect grit, tenacity, or ethics.

A startup is successful because of technology/solution/product and people. Even if the solution they are building is great, the company is doomed for failure if it's driven by people/leadership who have low ethics, no compassion and empathy towards their employees, lack of vision, more focused on playing bad politics than being in unison with the company's goal. Aviatrix represents all of that. There is no concept of working together as one team. Feedback given by employees is not taken constructively that results in highly demotivating, toxic work environment. Highly incompetent leadership.
