      Great manager, they really helped me grow as an employee.

      We had to log what we were working on every 15 minutes; very tedious.

      Pros

      As long as you keep on top of your work and keep your manager informed, you can be relatively independent in your daily tasks.

      Cons

      It’s a small company, so there’s not a ton of room for upward movement if you’re looking to “climb the corporate ladder”.

      Good honest people. Potential is there for those who work hard. Great company for people with kids. Strong product with potential to grow exponentially.
