No Planning: No planning at all from management. Decisions are made/changed on a fly without any vision. Favouritism: Yes this is on peak. To achieve this you need to meet senior management couple of times a day and once you are favourite even if you say 1+1=3 you are still appreciated in front of all office members. HR Department: Wrong name provided to this department. It should be named as PA department of management. No guts to question senior management and can agree on any decision made by management. Capability Leads: They are highly experienced team, but unfortunately a 2 years experienced guy has better knowledge than this team. This team is active only during appraisal time and that too not to help team members, but give them task so that they can show off they are working. Company Moto: Only one moto i.e. PROFIT Freelancing: Yes if you are favourite you can do freelancing work from office. Appreciation: No appreciation for knowledge or hard work. Appreciation is done for favourite employees or those who are billable and on notice period so that they can be retained. Culture: Play blame game and try to throw own task on others. Politics and backstab is highly appreciated by management.
