      Old fashioned! Not just in terms of values, but the policies and pay are also stuck in the past.

      Pros

      If you are related to someone who already works there then you will fit right in, seriously there are so many "families" working at this company.

      Cons

      Be careful who you talk to and what you say (see above). Pay is competitive for 1992, raises do not even cover the increases in cost of living. This company is loyal to a fault, if you have been there for 10+ years they will promote you over a college graduate to a manager level position, even if you have no experience or training, and no matter how awful you are at it, the job is yours until you retire.

      Pros

      Nice hourly pay and flexible schedule. I enjoyed working with my clients and their families. There were a few materials to sign out. There were so nice team members who really cared about the job.

      Cons

      Extensive travel and Uncoordinated office administration. The secretary was very unprofessional in both appearance and attitude. Based treatment off personal biased opinion. Made for uncomfortable work environment.
