Pros
I gained good experience in residential construction and some of the people are well worth keeping in touch with. The culture among colleagues is great.
Cons
Virtually no ongoing training, poor management systems and management are very VERY slow making necessary changes putting undue pressure on everybody. The company direction has changed twice in under twelve months (2019) resulting in no more job security.
