    Strong brand profile and asia pacific ambition, management responds quickly in crisis mode, organisational structure not too complicated, opportunity for internal mobility, ok staff benefits.

    Cons

    Long hours (certain departments), slow promotions/pay raises, very low bonuses (by banking standards), office politics (certain departments), limited career progression. Lack of familial spirit and openness for true collaboration.

    Learnt a lot about commodities product in the banking process. Helpful colleagues.

    Cons

    Managers are not effective, long hours, heavy work load with insufficient staff. Low increment and almost unheard of low bonus.

    Lots of celebration , friendly environment , helpful people , big tables and free food and drinksevery quarter in a year

    Cons

    Very long working hours snd need to burn weekends off often. Unhelpful working culture between departments. Very manual and slow in making decision
