      The acting administrator is a nightmare

      Pros

      Other Mht’s and current director of nursing are very nice and hardworking.

      Cons

      Administrator who is also the VPO treat people as if they are garbage. She yells and screams at staff members and never suffer any consequences. There is know real corporate to report to they all cover for each other

      Good care for patients; good co-workers; employees held high ethical standards; ability to have good work-life balance; reasonable policies regarding hours, schedules, etc.

      Cons

      Corporate leadership out of touch with clinic activities and needs. Primary focus was on revenue enhancement often times at the cost of employee satisfaction; every year brought more cuts tot he budget and less perks
