      The former staff members that were fired because of a "new direction" which was never actually made clear.

      -Great career growth opportunities -Get the ability to take on projects that are unique, challenging and exciting on a daily basis -Incredible team that truly cares about one another

      Cons

      In high growth companies you experience some growing pains around building process & infrastructure and while I have experienced very little of this, when I do it is responded to quickly and in an efficient/productive manner. While listed under cons I actually think this is becoming a strength area for Beautiful Destinations
