Loved my work life balance during the times I was working with them.

Cons

The career progression lies on their clients solely so it's quite difficult to be heard nor seen regardless of how much effort you put in.

Friendly environment, have pantry of there own.

Cons

No Uniform even permanent employees, smaller to no space for chill zone (1 room only for 300 + people), no longer have play rooms, no phone in production floors, business model is office based and they don't entertain home based even if the client insists. Transparency is out of the window.
