    Pros

    35% discount on Bell services. Discounts with other partners (The source, and others).

    Cons

    As a manager there is no end to the work at a corporate Bell store. You are expected to answer calls even on your days off, or after hours. Repetitive and pointless weekly conference calls that are a waste of time. Regional managers that are disconnected from the reality of their employees' job.
