Pros

Sometimes free products and laid back atmosphere. Also you learn a lot working here. There really isn't anymore perks to be honest.

Cons

Terrible management, no room for growth, no raises unless they are about to lose an employee, no possible 40 hour weeks, no positive work feedback, hours will be cut at anytime, no incentives, worked here for over a year and have yet to meet the corporate bosses. No one cares about employees.

The people talk about you and instead of talking to you, they scream infront of other employees and customers.
