Pros
I had a great experience working at Bitscopic. The company has a clear mission with some really interesting technology, which was both fun to work on and made my work feel impactful. Leadership was supportive and genuinely invested in both the team success and individual growth. I appreciated the culture of innovation and collaboration and work life balance was spot on. The ability to work fully remote was a huge plus for me, and the compensation was fair for a company of its size. I ultimately left because I wanted to take on an engineering leadership role at a smaller company, but would go back.
Cons
Because the team is fully remote, sometimes you may feel a bit disconnected from your colleagues. There’s a good culture of Google Meet calls and collaboration to offset this.
